The Wall Street Journal publishes SEEARP article

The Wall Street Journal published an article today by Bob Tita on the State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program. The article mentions the mixed results that states have been seeing with their appliance rebate programs. The article stated that, as one might expect, "States offering the largest checks—$150 or more per appliance—have had some of the strongest responses". Only about $108 million of the initial $300 million set aside for the program has been paid out so far in rebates.
